2. How long do the lashes last?
Our pre-glued lash clusters are designed as daily lashes, but with proper care, they can last up to 5 days. They can generally withstand showering, sleeping, gym sessions, and daily activity, though longevity depends on your routine and how you care for them.
3. How do I apply pre-glued clusters?
Simply remove the cluster from the box and place it directly under your waterline. No need to wait for the adhesive it's ready to go!
4. Can I reuse my pre-glued clusters?
Yes! Carefully remove them after use, clean off any residue, and store them in their tray. With proper care, each cluster can last 3–5 uses.

- Kuwait: Same day delivery up to 2 days maximum
- GCC countries: 4–7 business days

6. Are your lashes and adhesive safe?
Our lashes are soft, hypoallergenic, and vegan. The adhesive is gentle and safe for most users. For sensitive skin or eyes, we recommend doing a patch test first.
7. What if my clusters arrive damaged or missing?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the damaged items or correct your order promptly.
8. Can I return pre-glued clusters?
For hygiene reasons, All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
