Returns

for hygiene and safety reasons, all lashes are final sale. we do not accept returns, even if items are unopened or unused.

Refunds 

we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges

we currently do not offer exchanges, if you'd like a different style we recommend placing a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with in 48 hours of delivery we'll review the issue and make it right.
