At Chic Lash Co, all orders are processed within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery timelines:
- Kuwait: Same-day delivery, up to 4 days maximum
- GCC countries: 4-10 business days
- Other international destinations: Delivery times vary; tracking is provided
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier-related issues or circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the nature of pre-glued lash clusters, adhesive performance may be affected by extreme heat or cold during transit. We recommend storing lashes in a cool, dry place upon arrival.
Once an order is marked as delivered, Chic Lash Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on lash products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reach@shopclc.co with photos so we can assist you.
